For example I have 3 columns : Title, Image, Description, and each row should corresponds to a card in my gallery.

JSON use in Broadcast functionality

Is there any plans for use of JSON in the broadcast function?

With the broadcast API is this achievable? If so how can I send a broadcast API based message to all users, where I don't specifically know the user info? If I need to know the user details is there a way to programatically do this?

Landing page - First name parameter not working

I have the {{fb_first_name}} parameter in the greeting text. I sent the landing page URL to a friend, but when she opened it it didn't display her name in the text, but another: Jessie. Do I need to add a REF parameter to the URL or should it auto pick up the name of the person if they are logged into Facebook already? If she goes through the bot it works fine, but when just opening the URL the first name parameter doesn't work. Have you seen the name Jessie too, or is it working fine for you?
