Integrate a Login Feature

I am trying to create a pseudo login feature where I am checking in the database whether a particular user has contacted the bot before or not. I am searching for the Chatfuel ID. The data base returns whether the bot has been contacted before in a yes or no. How can I navigate my users to different blocks depending on the "yes" or "no" as retrieved from the database?

Hi there, very new to chatfuel....but love it! The only thing I am struggling to master is the AI, as I have tried to put various variations of what people ask for like "can I please book in for" "do you have any time tomorrow to do a eyelashes" (we run a beauty salon FYI) and yet it still doesn't pick up on (very) similar queries.
