"User input card" of my Pro Plan Bot is not working

I'm making use of several bots. The bots on which I make use of Pro Plan is the "User input card" not working. After the user type in some data, the bot stops working. Yesterday I tried to make use of the chatroom card. Since then I have this problem. Can someone from chatfuel have a look at this problem. Thanks!

About 5 days ago one of my bots stopped responding (no welcome message, no default message, no AI responses).

How to integrate Chatfuel to google sheet directly. I dont want to do this using third party software like zapier or ifttt due to their limitations like pricing. Is there any way that i can do using google sheet api or any. I would appreciate your answers. Thanks

Set User Attributes Not setting user attributes

We have a block that sets up user attributes, but when we test this the user attribute it is not updating. We know the flow is working because we set up error handling message the displays
