Getting Started: Sharing more than just workflows

Your team probably has company accounts for Facebook, Airtable, Pipedrive, or other services. You can share those connections in Zapier so everyone can use them in their workflows. Here's how to do it.

Now that you know what it takes to create a workflow (or a Zap, as we like to call them), let's take a look at what else you can automate.

Think about all the different services and tools that you use on a day to day basis. Email, note taking, calendars, project management, task lists, accounting, communications, social media—the list goes on. We live in a digital world but sometimes the tools and services we rely on have a hard time talking to each other.

With support for over 1,000 services, that's where Zapier comes in. By connecting the different services you use, you're able to build workflows that allow you to pass information from one to another. In other words, Zapier makes sharing information and multi-tasking across tools and services a breeze.

Share Your Company Accounts

You can share connected accounts, too!

If you're like many teams, you probably have tools and services that you share with your team. Just like you can share your workflows with your team, you can also share the your connected accounts.

This is handy because only one person needs to add the service to Zapier and once it's shared, everyone can use it in their workflows.

For example, if you team uses Pipedrive for managing sales leads, connecting your Pipedrive account to Zapier and sharing it would allow anyone on your team to access the information in Pipedrive without the need for login credentials.
