Hi all,
I find it most annoying when users type an answer when they are supposed to click a button. This just interrupts the flow and they end up in Default Answer. I've written a simple PHP script that takes the user back to the previous block. You are free to use it.
Setup in Chatfuel:
• In your block place a [Set up user attribute]
• Add attribute {{blockname}}
• Value should be the exact name of current block
• Go to block Default answer
• Place JSON API
• Copy this link in it: http://viratrends.com/chatfuelcustom.php?function=catchuser&block={{blockname}}

URLs get encoded, why? how to decode?

Hey everyone,

I would love to hear your input on this,

I've just noticed that when I add an url under a card that is completed by a user attribute, when clicked on it the URLs are encoded and so it breaks and results will not be shown
