Chatroom can't stop!

hello guys,
I used a chatroom plugin for my chatbot, my bot has more than one thousand users in just 2 days, so to many users use the chatroom, in average 70 users use chatroom at the same time, but some users said that they entered "stop, leave or quit" but they also get the messages from the chatroom.
deleting the conversation and reuse the bot also can's fix that problem.

Share to get lead magnet?

As an incentive to get users to share the bot, it would be really cool if you could offer a lead magnet that they can only access once they share it.
